1) Returns & Eligibility

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received

  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

2) Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3) Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

• For size/style exchanges (where applicable), customers may need to cover return shipping costs.

4) Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.

5) Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, the order will need to follow the return process.
